Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the fly pigeon Android application, package name com.flypigeon.app. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

fly pigeon is a peer-to-peer file-transfer application. It helps users discover compatible devices on a local network and send or receive files directly between devices. Availability may depend on your device, operating system, network, permissions, and services outside the Publisher’s control.

The App is not a bank, financial service, exchange, custodial wallet, or investment product. It does not hold private keys, custody digital assets, or initiate blockchain transactions for you.

2. Solana wallet sign-in

The App requires Sign-In with Solana at startup through the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter and a compatible wallet installed on your device. The wallet controls account selection, the approval screen, and the signature. Never share a seed phrase or private key with the App or anyone claiming to represent the Publisher.

The Publisher does not control or guarantee any wallet, wallet provider, blockchain network, or wallet availability. Wallet use is also subject to the wallet provider’s terms and privacy policy. Review each signing request before approving it.

3. Acceptable use and user content

You are responsible for files and other content that you send, receive, access, or make available through the App. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use and transfer that content.

• Do not violate law, sanctions, or another person’s rights.
• Do not transfer malware, ransomware, spyware, or harmful code.
• Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or publicity rights.
• Do not gain unauthorized access to a device, network, account, or service.
• Do not interfere with the security or operation of the App or another service.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles wallet sign-in data, local-network information, file metadata, and locally stored settings. It forms part of these Terms.

5. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
